It's a small point, but an oddity I thought, if fixed, could make the process a little more straightforward. "jars are not placed inside a directory called XML-Libraries" - choosing "Copy to shared libraries location" option in custom file chooser (Figure 3) lets you specify target directory to which your files will be copied, that is "D:\projects\test\libraries" in your case which you could change to "D:\projects\test\libraries\XML-Libraries". I do agree though that should be default path for adding jars to "XML-Libraries" library.
